Studio Ro does not fill on external work due to safety precautions.
All new clients with existing lash extensions must book a removal & full set.  

A “1 Week Fill” is a touch up appointment. Available within 7 days of your last fill or full set. Only available for lashes from our studio. 

A "2 Week Fill" is available within 8-14 days of your last fill or full set. Only available for lashes from our studio.

A "3 Week Fill" is available within 15-21 days of your last fill or full set. Only available for lashes from our studio. Arriving with less than 50% of lash extensions will result in a less-than-full look. If you can't make it in before your lash extensions reach that point - let us know! We can extend your appointment for a very small fee. 

A Lash Fix appointment is for troubleshooting any issues you are having with your lashes. You must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment in order to qualify for a Lash Fix.

A cleanse is required after 90 days to ensure your lashes stay free from bacteria and build-up.

We never apply lashes to your baby hairs — only adult lashes. 
This way your lash integrity is never in question. Your natural lashes are always in various stages. A full lash cycle is 90 days.

Appointments are reserved solely for you. If booking for someone else, the booking must be filled out with their information only. Client forms are solely for the person receiving the service and must be filled out prior to the appointment time.

Late arrivals will receive service for the remainder of the appointment time, if time permits.

We require a credit card on file to reserve booking. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations within the 48 hour time frame will be charged 50% of the appointment(s) booked, and cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will be charged the entire amount of the appointment(s) booked. No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the appointment(s) booked.  

If you don’t have a credit card, we require an e-transfer deposit. The deposit is added as a payment at the time of checkout. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

No refunds or returns. Exchanges on products are only accepted within 10 days of purchase, with original & unopened packaging, and receipt present. No refunds on products, deposits, or services. Deposits expire after 365 days.
